Puppy Home Start
Learn the 5 keys to raising the perfect companion
If you are planning on getting a puppy and want the best possible start in your life together, this one-to-one support from a puppy expert can give you the help you need.
After the home visit I will also write a training sheet just for you- individually tailored to your puppies breed and your personal circumstances.
There are three levels of service available:
1.Puppy Home Start: Cost £65

A home visit for your puppy incorporating the 5 keys to success
2.Puppy Home Start Plus: Cost £85

A home visit plus telephone support for the first 4 weeks
3.Puppy Home Start Premium: Cost £199

Weekly training visit for the first four weeks of your puppy's life with you, plus support by telephone. (limited availability so book early)
Puppies are my specialism so Home Starts are very popular and become booked up early. Get in touch with me when you put a deposit down on your puppy to be sure of optimum timing for the best possible start! All pre purchase advice is given by telephone or email completely free of charge when booking a puppy home start.
Behaviour Management
This service is for you if your dog’s behaviour causes you a problem and you need professional hep.
I can help solve a variety of behaviour and training problems using positive and non confrontational methods.
A minimum of one and a half hours with you and your dog which includes an assessment and a behaviour management and training plan to help solve your particular problem.
Subsequent support by email and telephone is included in the price.

1-2-1 Training
It isn't always possible to attend a training course, and classes in village halls don't suit all dogs. With 1-2-1 training you have the flexibility of training when it is most convenient for you; and the individual tutelage to bring out the best possible relationship between you and your companion. I will personally demonstrate with your dog, and show you exactly what to do and then work with you to help you achieve the same results.
Correct socialisation advice is included in all training.
Cost: £65 for assessment and training advice, subsequent sessions £45.

Workshops
Runaway Rover
This is the workshop for you if you have a dog that will not come back when called.
A 90-minute session of theory and practice:

Walk Nicely
This is the workshop for you if walking your dog on lead is a struggle for both of you and you wish to transform your walks into a pleasant experience for you and your dog.
A 90-minute session of theory and practice:

understand why dogs pull

discover the right technique to stop your dog pulling

practice loose leadwalking and close heelwork (for getting past those enticing distractions)

learn how to maintain the progress you make on the workshop
